But when we came back at around 10:30 at night, the room was still very dirty with some sort of drainage substance. They told us housekeeping would clean up, so we went to dinner. We called the plumbing service, but they took a long time to fix it. This meant we couldn't use the bath, toilet, or sink. Issue 4: After 2 days in the new rooms, one of the room's drainage stopped working. So, we had to wait for an extra hour before we could change rooms again because of the long wait. Issue 3: When we packed up and moved to the new rooms, one of them hadn't even been cleaned. So, we had to pack up in the middle of our stay and move to another room on a different floor. We had to move to different rooms because they couldn't give us 3 rooms next to each other. Issue 2: In one of our 3 rooms, water started dripping from the ceiling in the middle of the night. This was their problem because their systems had not been working for a whole week before and during our stay. The staff was very unfriendly and said we didn't have a reservation. We spent nearly 5 hours trying to fix this problem.
They couldn't find our reservation, even though we had already paid for it. So, we expected to quickly get into our rooms. We had 5 big issues: Issue 1: We had been traveling for a whole 24 hours and had booked the hotel almost 2 months ahead. Worst Hotel experience ever! We stayed at the MGM Grand Hotel for 6 nights, and it was really bad.
